We Build and Repair What Runs Below
Nashville Underground Utilities installs and repairs buried utilities and handles the excavation, boring, drainage and restoration around them, for homes, builders and businesses across Middle Tennessee.
One crew for the lines, the dig and the yard.
Most underground projects involve three kinds of work that are often split among different companies: putting the lines in the ground, digging and shaping the ground around them and making the surface look right afterward. We do all three, so the trench, the pipe and the lawn are planned together.
Our work covers water, sewer, storm and conduit installation, excavation and grading, directional boring and trenchless repair, drainage and restoration, and project work for builders, developers, farms and HOAs. Fifty services in all, each with its own page on this site.
We serve Nashville and 35 more cities and towns across Middle Tennessee, and every one of them has a page with local ground notes.
Four working rules.
Locate first
Nothing gets dug until lines are marked, read and, where it matters, verified by potholing.
Right method, not favorite method
Trench, bore, burst, or line, whichever the ground and the pipe call for.
Plain talk
Scope, assumptions and exclusions in writing, in words you can follow.
Restored, not just finished
Compaction, patching and sod are part of the job, not an afterthought.
Homeowners, builders, and everyone between.
