Recorded camera inspections of sewer and drain lines, with locating, to find defects, confirm routes and choose between lining, bursting and a targeted dig.

  • Trenchless, Boring and Locating
  • Under it, not through it
  • Middle Tennessee
The service

Sewer Camera Inspection and Pre-Dig Surveys, explained.

A camera on a push cable or a crawler goes where you cannot, and shows exactly what a pipe looks like: its material, joints, roots, cracks, offsets, bellies and connections. Paired with a locator that marks the pipe’s path and depth on the surface, it turns a guess into a plan.

We run recorded inspections before repairs, before excavation near a line and when buying or selling a property. You keep the video, and the findings tell us whether the pipe can be lined, needs bursting or needs a targeted dig, and where the dig should be.

Signs this service fits

  • Drains back up or run slowly
  • A sewer line is old or under big trees
  • You are buying or selling an older home
  • You are planning excavation near a buried pipe
Is it right for your project?

A good fit, and what to know.

We would rather you hear the limits from us than discover them later.

A good fit when

  • There is an access point or one can be made
  • You want facts before choosing a repair
  • A buyer or seller needs to know the condition of a line

Worth knowing

  • A camera only reaches as far as the access and the pipe allow
  • Findings describe the pipe as it is today, not how it will behave in the future

Questions

Camera & Pre-Dig Surveys FAQ.

Do I keep the inspection video?

Yes. The recording is yours to share with other contractors or for a second opinion.

Can a camera see everything?

It sees the inside of the pipe it can reach. Very bad bends, blockages or a lack of access can limit it, and we tell you what could not be seen.

Should I inspect before buying a house?

For an older home, a camera inspection of the sewer lateral is a common and wise step. It can reveal costly surprises before closing.
